Description:
A magical concoction of herbs, spices and caffeine-free rooibos that will leave you spellbound. The powers of cinnamon are invoked for protection and strength, fennel to cleanse, rooibos for health, and tulsi to awaken the mind. Naturally sweetened with a sprinkle of cocoa and a scattering of marigold flowers andcoconut, this tisane will bring a little magic to every moment. Best enjoyed brewed in your favourite teapot or cauldron, whether the moon is waning or waxing.
Brew:
1 tsp per 250ml, 2-4 min at 100 degrees
Serve:
Perfect on its own or with a little honey.

Green rooibos, honeybush, cocoa husks, fennel, cinnamon, cardamom, coconut pieces, tulsi, marigold flowers, flavour

Another tea from MissB. Thank you, thank you! The flavour profile is up my alley, seeing that I’m a sucker for spices. Plus, the aroma of the dry leaf reminded me of Zhena’s Coconut Chai black, which I enjoyed but grew tired of halfway into the tin. It’s also kind of like DAVIDsTEA’s Coco Chai rooibos or whatever, which follows the same story as Zhena’s. Maybe that explains why I’m not digging this one? There’s an ultra soapy note in here that’s woven throughout the spices. I’d say the fennel is the most prominent of them. No cocoa.
Ooooh, ok, I’m kind of slow. I think the soapiness is coming from the coconut. Derrrrr. I’m quite lucky in that I’ve pretty much never encountered a soapy coconut tea up until now, perhaps due to a combination or luck and always trying to drink my coconut blends whilst they’re still fresh. That said, I won’t give this a proper rating.

This is one of the top teas with no caffeine, so I thought I’d try it.
So far I’m liking it quite a bit. It’s sweet (perhaps due to the bit of honey I added) and cinnamon/fennely, with a bit of herbaceousness from the tulsi.
Not something I’m going to keep (because I’m not head-over-heels for it!), but a nice tea to have this late in the evening.

I was hesitant to try spice with tulsi for some reason, but it’s really good. I’ll have to keep an eye out for some more local blends. :) Australia is a little far for ordering, I’m afraid.

Woot! My T2 order arrived today, and I’m over the moon. This is the most I’ve ever paid for tea (due to shipping) even with the massive BF orders for multiple people last year. So this is the first tea I’m trying, because I’m craving some tulsi right now.
First, the packaging: amazing! All of the teas came in a black box, kept together with a magnet. Everything, including the paper packaging to keep things from shifting during transit, had T2 written on it in black on black. Super classy. Then the tea came in boxes with T2 prominently displayed, all lined up in a pretty row. Inside however, the tea came in basic, clear plastic wrap, with zero way to zip it back up again. Not cool, and the brittle plastic broke already with one of the teas, making a huge mess with a lot of expensive tea. Boo. Note for next time (if I order again): buy the tea in tins.
On to the tea! It’s an odd yet comforting blend. Herbal cream with some faint cacao/chocolate in there is what I’m getting. Something dry at the end, which I’m attributing to the tulsi. Yep, for what this is, it’s quite excellent.
