The oh-so-sweet taste of summer. Strawberry pieces and leaves provide a delicious strawberries amd cream flavour.

More “strawberry” than “strawberries and cream” unfortunately, it has as much razzamatazz as the raspberry black tea I just tried. Adding milk does bring out the creaminess a little bit more, but overall I am underwhelmed by this tea.

I don’t know if I did something wrong, but when I added milk to it, the milk separated and went very strange, almost curdled. Still tasted okay, but yeah, I assumed the fruit did something weird to it!

This tea didn’t do it for me. Could detect an unpleasant scent of soured milk, with every sip. Had to check if maybe the milk I used was off but that wasn’t it. Must be the cream part of its namesake. Not nice. Re-steeped an hour later and didn’t add milk. No strawberry and cream flavour detected at all, just tasted like a weak black tea. Thankfully I have my awesome Tea Total Wild Cherry which beats this by a million miles.

I think that sour milk scent comes from the yoghurt bits in it!
