Basic organic Gyokuro from top-region Ujitawara. Mild, natural, with light astringency and bitterness. Ideal for beginners and for daily enjoyment.

Terroir: Ujitawara, Uji
Harvest: 1st picking 2015 (Ichibancha), late May
Cultivar: Yabukita (ca. 60%) and Komakage (ca. 40%)
Shading: Full shading 21 days, Jikagise-technique
