This is Storm King Tea’s Top Grade Mao Jian (Maojian) green tea from Henan province consisting of the buds and two leaves. It is harvested before the Qingming festival which is at the beginning of April. It possesses a gentle floral and somewhat grassy aroma, with hints of tropical fruit and a light sweetness: mild, but distinctive with good body.
