One of the most famous and respected teas to come out of Taiwan. This rolled oolong from the “Frozen Summit” of Lugu Township in Taiwan’s central region is a great example of fine tea making craftsmanship. Hand picked, processed in small batches, and carefully roasted by an experienced tea master, this tea is a perfect balance of fresh, green, floral flavors and a slightly roasted oolong body.

This lightly roasted Tung Ting has a smooth body with notes of vanilla, and a crisp sweet finish.

This has that usual “light” taste to it, with the soft, slightly flowery hints and a little bit of a dry finish. Quite nice, a little sweet. I like. :)
