This high quality tea follows the tradition of rolling, which skillfully produces fine, taut and curved tiny needles, giving the tea its name, ‘Chung Mee’ or ‘Precious Eyebrow’. A particularly pleasing Chung Mee with a light, smooth and mellow taste. There is no bitterness, like many inferior green teas, but a hint of fresh plums and a pleasant, lingering, fresh taste. Uniquely, for convenience, this fine quality China leaf tea is milled for serving in tea bags. Allow freshly boiled water to cool for a minute or two. Infuse for 1-3 minutes, according to taste.
