This is my first Moroccan mint tea. As such I can’t speak on whether it is a good example of the type. After steeping the bag was really swollen. I want to cut this open next time and a look at what’s inside. Definitely not fannings. The first note I caught was spearmint. It was not overwhelming but I am not a spearmint fan so I tended to dwell on it causing it to mask the peppermint and lemongrass, at least for me. The base gunpowder was tasted next followed by tarragon. That was a cool twist. I thought this was an interesting tea with depth even if spearmint is not my thing. I am looking forward to trying this again.
