as instructed: brought kettle to rolling boil, let sit 6 min, then steeped tea.
so nice to see a teabag that tells you how to get the right temp for white tea!

brew up a lovely pink/purple with a good tart/sweet balance and clean dry finish. not bad for bagged grocery store tea! then again I grew up w Safeway so I’m partial to them and miss them!

I didn’t realize Safeway had their own brand-name tea. Although given that I’m in Canada, the stock they get in is probably different from what you’d get in the States.
