Yep, it’s fine. A rooibos tea in a bag.

Rhubarb, straw/hay, and a little bit of malt. You’ll probably like it if you like rooibos!

Just a plain rooibos. Nothing to write home about, but certainly not awful either. Nice bedtime cuppa, and helps with joint pain and inflammation. I liked this company’s Honeybush offering much better.
