This smells very sweet like honey, a touch green, a little woody.

Sipped very hot the taste is… different. Green like chewing on leaves.

Cooled some it is still green but also that woody scent comes forth as flavor. The sweetness smelled doesn’t make itself part of the taste. It’s very lightly astringent.
