Our Rare White Winter tea was blended to brighten the bleakest morning.
A blend of the purest and most delicate white teas from our farmers high in the Fujian Mountains of China with a very rare White Peony from Thyolo Mountain in Malawi. These are truly exquiste, completely hand-crafted and unproccessed teas. The tender, young leaves are natural sweet and subtle with almost no bitter tanins.
Exceptionally pure and natural, white tea retains higher levels of antioxidants than other teas. Unlike black or green teas it is completely unprocessed, simply picked and laid out to dry in the spring sunshine. The White Winter Blend brings a little spring to the depths of winter.
