Gojiberry Pom
This tea blend is very special – decorated with sun-dried goji berries and golden rosebuds. Goji berries have a reputation throughout Asia for their contribution to well being. A deliciously crisp, fruity, and healthful tea.

Ingredients: Black Tea, Whole Gojiberries, Pomegranate, Yellow Rosebuds, Orange Peel
Steeping Guidelines:
Water: 203° – 212°F | Use 1 Tsp per 6 ounce cup | Infusion Time: up to 4 – 5 minutes
Infusion tips:
Use COLD filtered or spring water, whenever possible
Don’t over boil water, Don’t over steep tea
Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste)
*Vary time according to taste, & remember that steeping tea leaves beyond 5 minutes does not contribute to flavor, only bitterness.
If you want a stronger taste, use more tea leaves instead of steeping for a longer time

The black tea is brisk and flavorful but in a non-aggressive way. The goji berries – once a fruit I feared – is tart and tangy, as is the pomegranate. But, there is sweetness to this too, as well as a hint of bright citrus taste. It is more tart than sweet, but there is just enough sweetness in this to keep it from being too tart.
I am drinking my first cup of this hot, just to help me wake up, and then I think I’ll ice the rest. :)

I could taste the berry right away then I could taste a chewiness to it and then a hint of floral but then it came back to the berry! Full circle! Very nice! I like this one much more than I thought I would! A delight!
