This is a wonderfully sweet fang cha pu’er brick, tightly packed and dense. Produced in 2009 this shou (cooked) cake looks as nice as it tastes.

Dark as coffee, tastes like milk chocolate, smooth as silk. Amazing, simply amazing. (Disclosure: I have a business relationship with Phoenix Tea Shop…this tea is still amazing, though.)
