Not expansive or high style, but very fragrant and lively green tea from China. A bit similar to Japanese green teas. Palais has it very fresh, at least in their Israeli shop. Brewed in Gaiwan very fast. So it’s not becoming astringent, but sweet and yellowish green, similar to kamairicha. Small leaves have a great smell dry and when brewed. Good after meals or with sweets.
