Thank you for taking the time to write your thoughts. This is a very popular blend and one that we drink personally quite consistently as well as serve it at our cafe/sister company. As you know time/temp play a huge roll in flavor outcome. This blend has natural vegan vanilla flavoring, and food grade cinnamon oil. The flavor should be smooth and bold with spice. – Nelson’s Tea
