From Murchie's Tea & Coffee

A combination of Queen Elizabeth’s favorite teas: Ceylon, Darjeeling and Keemun, blended in celebration of her Silver Jubilee.

A rich, classic, true English black blend of Ceylon, Darjeeling and Keemun teas with a full body, enticing aroma and vibrant colour.

This fan favourite was originally created as the Royal Jubilee tea blend in 1977 in honour or Queen Elizabeth II’s Silver Jubilee.

Accordingly, in 2002 with the celebration of her Highness’s Golden Jubilee, Murchie’s renamed the blend. The blend itself has remained the same for more than 30 years, only the name has changed.

Strength: (Medium – Strong)
Brew Temperature: 205° to 212°F
Brew Time: 3 to 5 Minutes
Brew Quantity: 1 tsp to 6-8 oz of water

This is a really smooth, full-bodied black tea with a hint of brightness – maybe from the Darjeeling and Ceylon. Good with milk.
