«Wild Cliff Tea» is made of authentic tea bush, which grows in different places of Wuyishan reserve. During manufacturing the tea leaves were exposed to moderate fermentation and baked on charcoal (medium heat).
Dry leaf: twisted flagella, large, dark purple and brown color. The aroma is roasted, woody with flower and spicy nuances. The liquor is transparent, golden almonds color.
The brewed tea has refined, complex flavor with corny, woody and floral hints. The aroma is deep and warm. The taste is juicy, silky, sweetish, with a slight sourness of dried berries, transforming into lingering aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7 times.
