From Moychay

Description from Moychay.nl website:

Oolong «Da Wu Ye» was made in May 2018 in Qiwei tea farm (Chaozhou county) from spring shoots of Da Wu Ye (Large dark leaf) cultivar (light fermentation, low fire).

In appearance: large brown flagella of twisted leaves. The fragrance is intensive, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with mahogany hue.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is fresh and vivid, herbaceous, with floral, spicy and berry notes. The fragrance is fresh, high, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, a bit tart, with berry sourness and lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.

Oolong «Da Wu Ye» is an excellent natural tonic – refreshing, vivid, sappy.
