I was intrigued to see this, I’ve never had a flavored moringa without other ingredients. And honestly I don’t really know what moringa tastes like, as I don’t think I’ve ever had it plain either. So trying new things, yay! I’m surprised by the steeped color, it’s a warmish medium brown and I expected it to be more green. The taste is also not what I expected – earthy, a bit haylike with a touch of cucumber. I was expecting a grassier, greener flavor so that’s interesting. It’s quite mild overall. The flavorings are mild as well, though they’re tasting a bit artificial to me. The end of the sip is pure cucumber, and then eventually a hint of mineral smoke shows itself as well.
Very interesting, and not at all what I expected!
