Thé vert tendre – rose, gingembre & miel
Des contreforts du Triangle d’or où il est cultivé, ce thé vert est acheminé, par la route des caravanes, vers les monastères tibétains.
Dans des paysages extraordinaires, la méditation s’accompagne de ce thé doux à dominante fleurie et épicée au goût de miel équilibré de gingembre et de rose.

This is one of my favorites from MF, though it doesn’t seem to get much attention. The ginger is just right (for this ginger lover, anyway), and the rose is lovely. It doesn’t have that excessively perfume-y quality some rose teas have; it reminds me more of fresh rose petals than anything else. The base is nice and smooth, too.
Lune Rouge (Red Moon) is a delicate tea with a twist of wildness. I am not a huge fan of honey and I was happily surprised by the subtile mix they made at Mariage Freres.
