This is a sweet blend of fennel seeds, liquorice root, lemon balm, fenugreek seeds, red clover and nettle leaf.
Anna worked with a Master Tea Blender and a Medical Herbalist to come up with this delicious blend. Anna wanted this to be a tasty breastfeeding tea for new mums. The three galactagogues are nettle, fennel and fenugreek. Anna also added some red clover for mastitis and lemon balm for the baby blues, so this is a very well thought out herbal tea.
