Our autumn harvest white tea, processed traditionally from ‘Lao Keng Zhong’, one of the original ‘white tea’ varietals.
This tea is incredibly resilient, almost impossible to brew incorrectly and can take a lot of heat. It can be brewed again and again, and can be cooked up in a pot after you’re done with the infusion. Or, leave it brewing over night and enjoy the thick, sweet liquor in the morning.
The flavour is fruity and sweet, reminiscent of apple seeds with a hint of almonds, and has a wonderful, clean energy that will keep you glowing all day. Slightly more obvious flavour, and less delicate than our Gong Mei Spring Harvest White Tea.
