15 seconds rinse, 1st brew 3:00 min: Slightly resinous with a hint of bitterness at the first sip. Subsequent sipping taste like a mix of lemon and lime, it feel citrusy in the mouth with a slight resinous after taste. Ending with a clean taste with no bitterness.

Second brew at 4:30 min. feel earthy with tingling sensation and taste like ground black pepper — slightly bitter with earthy taste. The bitterness is stronger as the tea cool down with a slightly smoky tase.
