Medium-bodied with a round quality, this Sencha is refreshingly astringent with a sweet aftertaste accompanied by notes of red plum and rosemary. Warm yellow in a cup it has a herbal aroma with sweet hay-like notes. Grown in full sunshine and hand rolled by experienced Japanese tea farmers, it is more unique than the rest.
