Silver needle white tea is a slightly fermented tea, which is named after its shape, whose color is silver because of its conspicuously tea hair and shape likes a big needle.
This is the top grade of white tea because all of the teas are composed of plump tea buds; White tea originates from Fuding and Zhenghe cities in Fujian province, and is from the Da Bai Hao tea bush variety, so that is why its bud is very flat and different from other teas.
White tea is famous for its anti-cancer health benefits, which has been widely recognized by many medical research institutes. In Chinese traditional medicine, white tea is commonly used as to cool your body heat, detoxicate interior body toxins and others.

Brewing guidelines: i) Gaiwan; 4 to 5 grams per time (based on personal taste); the first 3 times infusion is 95C degree or 203F for about40 second; then the latter is about 1 to 2 minutes.
ii) Glass cup; 2 to 3 grams per time(based on personal taste)’ The first two infusion is about 95C degree or 203F water for about 2 to 3 minutes; then the latter is about 4 to 5 minutes.
Infusion time: i)Around 7 to 8 times in Gaiwan
ii) around 3 to 4 times by glass cup
