Lapsang Souchong Tea has a smoky fragrance of pine smoke with the smooth liquor of China black tea. A quick search on the Internet will show many recipes calling for Lapsang Souchong, such as chicken marinated in Lapsang Souchong tea. A pinch of Lapsang can also be added to any black tea to create “Russian Caravan” tea.
