Ging is north of Darjeeling. Mike & Brigitte visited it back in 2016 and stayed at the bungalow which has been made into a little B&B. So you can visit also. This estate is owned by our friends in the Chamong Group.
In comparison with the 2021 Namring FF, this Ging is a bit more mellow and the the flavors are less grapefruit-like. Rather it is a bit more stewed tropical fruit.
