2011 Haiwan Remote Mountain Ancient Tree Raw Pu-erh
Haiwan Tea Factory was founded in 1999, the factory director Mr. Zhou Bing Liang is the retired manager from the Menghai Tea Factory, he is now in charge of the complete tea processing methods to guarantee a premium quality. Haiwan has selected large leaves from remote mountain ancient tea trees for this 500 gram Raw Pu-erh cake. It is marked by fat tips and stretched lines with white hairs. The tea gives a bright yellow infusion, has a a uniquely smooth, rich flavor and swallows extremely well with a bright and sweet taste. It is drinkable now but has great potential after a few years of aging.
