As the name implies, this is a simple Green Tea from China that displays contrasting characteristics to its Japanese counterparts. It is strong in flavor, despite being picked in the early spring prior to the rains. This good, basic green tea can be resteeped as many as five times while continuing to offer changing flavor notes.
