The buds are partially open, and the leaf is lightly curled giving the tea a silvery appearance. Mildly sweet in flavour, the cup is pale yellow in colour, but with a lingering freshness that embodies the crisp clean and unspoiled environment it is grown in. Rich in anti-oxidants with very little caffeine, a cup of White Peony tea will transport you to the sublime environs of Glenburn.
Brewing Instructions: 4-5g in 200ml (7 fl-oz) of water at 93°C (200°F) for 2 minutes.
