This hand-rolled Jasmine specialty is produced to order in limited quantities, during the month of April. Only the very finest shoots are plucked, then carefully processed to render a Green Tea of prime quality. The subtle jasmine scent and flavor is achieved by adding a generous quantity of freshly-picked jasmine blossoms. When the gentle steaming process is complete, the blossoms are then carefully extracted by hand.
Preparation Tips: Tip: 13 g tea leaves (4 level Teelamass) to 1 liter filtered or soft water, boiled and cooled down to 90° C. Allow to brew 2 min. A second infusion, with a further 2 minutes brewing time, is permissible.
