From Eastern Shore Tea Company

Eastern cultures have long known the virtues of green tea. Naturally high in antioxidants, green tea is the preferred beverage in China & Japan. Green tea is also naturally lower in caffeine than black tea. Our Emperor’s Green tea is pure Spring China Sencha green tea. Spring Sencha is steamed rather than pan fired, which yields a sweet, delicate cup.
