I’m always interested in keeping up to date with the latest things happening in the tea related “RTD” space – so when I saw this, which capitalizes on three current RTD beverage trends (relaxation drinks, adaptogen drinks, and sparkling waters) I knew I had to try it! It’s actually pretty good – very light/soft flavour but that’s exactly what I expected from a sparkling water. Definitely tastes like a nice, sweet blackberry with just a bit of some spicier undertones – though calling it a “Chai” might be a biiitttt of a stretch. What I was most impressed with was that lack of off flavours from the added adaptogens like moringa or ginseng. Those aren’t ingredients that are easy to work with because the flavor is just so dominant and, often, off putting.
