Not the best Cove Kombucha I’ve had but also far from the worst, too. The mango was a little thin but ultimately juicy and fresh with a pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity. At times Cove can come off like drinking straight balsamic vinegar and I was relieved that wasn’t the case here. I thought the turmeric was missing almost entirely, though. I wouldn’t want a strong turmeric earthiness/bitterness but without it this did seem a bit one note/flat. Kind of a middling offering.
