Wow, this matcha whisks up a shockingly fluorescent yellow colour from the turmeric! It’s so bright it almost feels unnatural – but there it is! Taste wise I liked this a lot though – it is really tropical tasting and notes of pineapple, mango, and passionfruit all come through pretty clearly. However, it’s also very sour (from the baobab) and that really shrill tartness/sour taste definitely caught me off guard initially. However, once I was more braced for it I thought it was really unique and tasty. Would certainly be quite good iced, too!
This matcha is somewhere in the middle for me, I think.
Baobab in tea?
Baobab? Wait, that’a an actual thing? I only know it from my Wizard 101 playing. I’m kind of shocked. I guess that the Devs did put some research into this stuff after all.
