HOW TO STEEP
1. Put 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea into infuser
2. Heat fresh water to 195* F
3. Pour 8 fl. oz. of water over infuser
4. Steep 3-4 minutes. (The longer you steep the stronger the taste)
5. Milk and sugar are not recommended
6. You can re-steep this tea 3 times
