This flowery tea is made by layering Green tea with Jasmine flowers. My Jasmine is hand picked in the month of May, reputed to be the very best time to pick quality flowers. This is a very distinctive tea and I use it in some of my other blends for depth and interest. It makes a wonderful and surprising iced tea too.
