I made this spiced over the stove today. Boiled water with cloves, cardamom, black peppercorn, allspice, cinnamon stick… added sugar and some African Pride Tea! Then added a lot of milk and let that simmer. :) SO delicious. I love making and drinking this tea. Spiced chai made over the stove tastes the best IMO.

WHAT A SUPRISE! As a new tea drinker, I didn’t expect so much flavor. Made me so happy to smell such a wam and nutty smell. Instant fave. Sorry for not having any good specifics, I am so new I forgot to… uh… remember… that stuff. But this tea rocks.

I would love to know where I can order more from.

Ha whoops I saw that this tea bag said Africa and automatically brewed it as if it were rooibos. My fault entirely for not reading the label. Turns out it’s plain CTC and doesn’t appreciate my techniques. Unfortunately, I only have this single bag I grabbed from a tea box, so I won’t be able to judge it properly. Eh it tastes like a not very exciting plain black tea. Nothing remarkable about it. I wish it had been rooibos!
