AQ2T has a distinct honey flavor which pops up in all sorts of teas where maybe it shouldn’t. When it pops up here, its not out of place so I am not mad at it. Though, it is a strong flavor making this come off as something I’ve had before and not in a great way. I’m also getting some cinnamon and a smooth sweet potato flavor. It actually nicely captures the honey cinnamon sweet potato flavor but what surprised me is how much the white tea is contributing here as well. It’s like I am drinking a plain white tea as well as a flavored tea in one mug. Interesting but not the best.

However, I’m not really sure why. I’ll have to think about it when I have another cup later, but am hoping it’s just that my palate is off today (however, I drank a couple other teas for which the resteeps were even lovely, so I’m not sure about that). Mysteries.

That aside (i’ll refrain from rating as a result) this IS a pretty good version of sweet potato with cinnamon and honey.
